Atelier Holgur was born out of a dream to build watches that could stand up to the rigours of life and adventure. Whether exploring the depths of the oceans or trekking through mountains, Atelier Holgur timepieces spark emotions on the wrist of any bearer.
Combining the best of Swiss watchmaking, whether in watch design or high-end Swiss horological manufacturing, Atelier Holgur is determined to carve out a niche in a market offering a brand, and watches of the highest quality and excitement.
The most interesting aspect of this brand would be how they tag themselves and fans alike, with a social cause – A mission of supporting exploration and conservation around the world, with Ocean conservation as a focus.
Their debut watch, the Frømand was launched at our watch fair on the 26th October 2022. It was a great honour for us and do visit their booth at S18, and speak to the founders themselves!
Completely passionate about horology and the ocean since young, Matt has been an ardent collector of watches and avid scuba diver for many years. Through his collecting journey and appreciation of horology, he was inspired to start Atelier Holgur with his childhood friend and Co-Founder with a dream of creating unique and thoroughly wearable watches. No safe-queens here!
While watches are Atelier Holgur’s main focus, it was also created to play a role in supporting ocean conservation efforts to protect our precious oceans.
